We love a Mojito
As the summer approaches we thought we’d share our Mojito recipe. We think they look great in a tumbler or a tin can.
Mojitos are perfect for summer parties, corporate events and drink receptions. At Cellar27 we can serve these with a range of stylish drinks and work with superb food producers and chefs to make sure the food is just as good as the drinks.
You will need
Equipment- A Muddler, Bar Spoon
6 wedges of juicy lime
2 teaspoons of caster sugar
50ml of Bacardi
6-8 mint leaves, clapped
Muddle lime and sugar until dissolved. Add a small amount of crushed ice and double shot of Bacardi and mix with base of bar spoon. Add the clapped mint leaves with more crushed ice and mix well. Top with soda, more crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig and two sip straws. Sit in the sun and enjoy.
